Emmy Lindström (f. 1984) is one of the new swedish generation of composers, and also a violinist. She has been studying at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm as well as on the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg. Her music has been performed on stages all over Europe, and Australia, and also in radio – Swedish and abroad. Emmy has a vast experience of different genres of music; classical, but also a lot of theatre and folk music – this is what makes her composing so exciting, expressive and unique.
